This site sets no cookies and loads nothing from anyone else — no analytics, no advertising pixels, no web fonts, no embedded video. Nothing here follows you anywhere.
We collect what you type into a form, and that is all. We never see your card number; Stripe handles payments. We do not sell personal information and never have.
The rest of this page is the same thing said carefully.
Who we are
This site is operated by Martian Creative, LLC, a limited liability company organized in Delaware and operating from 1325 2nd Street, Fairfield, California 94533, United States. Where this page says "we" or "us", that is who it means.
What we collect
When you contact us or ask for a change
The request form asks for your name, your email address or phone number, and whatever you write in the request. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of what was asked for and what was done about it. Nothing on that form is passed to anybody else.
If you are a client
We hold the details needed to do the work and bill for it: your business name and address, a contact name, email and phone, the domains and websites we look after for you, what was agreed and what has been invoiced. Your card details are held by Stripe, not by us — we never see the number.
Automatically, when you visit
Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs — IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser's user-agent string. These exist to serve the page, to keep the site up, and to stop automated abuse. We do not use them to build a profile of you, and we do not combine them with anything else.
What we do not do
- No analytics. Not Google Analytics, not a privacy-friendly alternative. None.
- No advertising or tracking pixels. No remarketing, no conversion tags, no social buttons that phone home.
- No third-party fonts or scripts. Everything this page needs, it serves itself.
- No selling or sharing. We have never sold personal information and have no plans to. There is no arrangement under which anyone pays us for it, in money or in kind.
Who else touches your information
Only the companies that make the site work, and only for that purpose:
| Who | What they handle | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosting, the database, server logs, and the security in front of our admin tools | The site has to run somewhere |
| Stripe | Payments, card details, billing address, invoices | So that we never handle a card number |
| Namecheap | Email for our own domain, and some domain registrations | Mail has to arrive somewhere |
We do not give your information to anybody else. If we are ever legally required to, and are permitted to tell you, we will.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries that go nowhere: deleted within about a year.
- Client records: kept for as long as you are a client, and then for seven years afterwards, because tax records have to be kept.
- Server logs: a matter of days, controlled by Cloudflare rather than by us.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@martiancreative.com and we will answer within 30 days. We will not charge you, and we will not treat you any differently for asking.
A note on California law, since we are a California business. The California Consumer Privacy Act sets thresholds — broadly, businesses above roughly $25 million in revenue, or handling the personal information of 100,000 or more consumers, or making most of their money selling it. We are well below all three, so the CCPA does not apply to us as a matter of law. We honor the rights above anyway, because they are reasonable and we would rather not run a business that needs a threshold to justify its behavior. If we ever grow into those thresholds, this page changes before we do.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no agreed standard for what a site should do about it, so most sites ignore it and say nothing. We do not track you in the first place, with or without the signal, so there is nothing for it to switch off.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.
Security
Everything is served over HTTPS. Our admin tools sit behind an identity check and are not reachable without one. Card details never reach our systems. No arrangement is perfect, and anybody who tells you otherwise is selling something — but the smaller the pile of data, the less there is to lose, and we keep the pile small on purpose.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. If a change materially affects how we handle information we already hold about you, we will email you rather than quietly editing the page.
