The honest bits
We hold the registration. The domain is registered and managed under Martian Creative, which is what lets us renew it and fix its DNS without needing anything from you. It is yours in every way that matters, and we will hand it to your own registrar account whenever you ask — we will not make that difficult, because a company that makes leaving difficult is telling you something.
Sixty days. ICANN stops any newly registered domain from changing registrar for 60 days. That is not our rule and it applies wherever you buy.
Domains are not refundable. The registry takes the money the moment the name is registered, so check the spelling. This is true of every registrar; most of them just do not mention it.
