A website you own, looked after by someone who answers.
Most small businesses have one of two problems: a site nobody has touched since 2016, or a page rented inside somebody else's builder that vanishes the month they stop paying.
What you get
A site that is actually yours
Your domain, your content, your files. Nothing locked inside a platform you cannot leave. If you ever want to take it elsewhere, you can — and we will hand it over without making it difficult.
Designed, not picked from a menu
There is no template for a print shop, a studio, or a contractor. Yours gets built for what your business actually does and who it is trying to reach — which is the reason this costs more than the station product, where the groundwork already exists.
Fast, and readable by everyone
Built as plain, standards-compliant pages rather than a stack of plugins. It loads quickly on a phone in a parking lot with one bar, works with a screen reader, and does not ask your customers to dismiss three pop-ups before they can find your hours.
What it costs
This is every cost of getting live. Nothing is billed separately.
- The domain, registered and paid for
- SSL certificate and hosting, provisioned and configured
- The build itself — designed for your business, not picked from a menu
- Going live, including anything that has to be moved off an old host
The part most people underestimate. A site nobody maintains is a site that quietly goes wrong.
- Content changes — hours, staff, prices, events, photos, whatever goes stale
- Your own page for requesting those changes, showing what is done and what is not
- Hosting, the domain renewal and the certificate, all kept current
- Backups, uptime monitoring and security patching
- A person who answers, rather than a support form
No contract and no minimum term. The monthly is not a payment plan for the build — the build is paid for, and it is yours. If you stop, you keep the site and the domain.
How it goes
- We talk. Half an hour. What the business does, who you are trying to reach, what the current site gets wrong.
- You see it before you decide anything. A real page with your name on it, not a template with gray boxes.
- It goes live. Domain, certificate and hosting all handled. Nothing for you to configure.
- It stays current. You get your own page for asking — write it down and it gets done, and you can see what has been.
